about us

We are a young team with many years of practical experience in the areas of real estate and financing. During the years of professional experience in large banking institutions and brokerage firms and their principle of broad customer care of the claim of a focused and specialized approach to consulting for real estate major customers grew.

Uwe Niebuhr is the owner and managing director. As a banker with a degree in business administration, he has worked 12 years in various banks in the area of ​​real estate and corporate finance in line with sales function. During this time he was able to specialize in particular to the management of large real estate clients and their diverse financing concerns. From 10.2012 to 11.2013 he has built up a financing department for a large Berlin real estate agent company. From 2014 to 2015 Uwe Niebuhr becomes manager of the finance department of a Berlin property development holding company and is also responsible for commercial project developments.
